OUR COMMENTARY ON THE CURRENT EVENTS IN MACEDONIA!
The principles of
peaceful coexistence as the basis for international relations, include the
unconditional “right of peoples under foreign and colonial domination to
self-determination. They include independence; sovereignty; the territorial
integrity of states; the right of every country to put an end to foreign
occupation and to the acquisition of territory by force; and the right to choose
its own social, political, and economic system.
We the Macedonians
from the Macedonian Diaspora and Macedonia
speak of peace and cooperation among the peoples.
When the European
and “the International Community” will acquire greater maturity
and demand of NATO members, UN members, EU members and USA government’s
guarantees for the lives of Macedonians and other
who live in that country( so many of whom are even
US citizen as well) suffering by the terrorists
invasion and barbarism.
Those who kill
their own nationals and children and discriminate daily
against Macedonians and
ethnically cleanse and committed acts of genocide against
Macedonians and non
Albanians in Macedonia remain free,
protecting them and furthermore even punishing
the Macedonians by not allowing their ultimate right of self defense and
legitimate rights as free men and expression of the free democratic will of the
people of Macedonia-how can those who do this consider themselves guardian of
freedom and democracy???
But we have to
warn that if we do not peacefully and wisely resolve the present injustice and
inequalities as applied to Macedonians and Macedonia as victims of terrorist
invasion and occupation, the future will be apocalyptic, having in view the
increasingly apocalyptic world in which
we live.
But of this you
may be certain: we shell speak frankly.
It is extremely
expensive to send a large delegation across the world to make a statement. The
Macedonians in the Diaspora have worked hard for every Dollar and Douche Mark,
Frank and so forth, and they would rather spend it in helping
a family in need, then to pay the cost of the trip to summer resort or
vacation spot, or even as a part of Delegation – so they put Macedonia first.
It is obvious that
when we do spend money in this fashion it is because we wish to speak frankly
and openly to the Macedonian people and the government under the world’s eye
watch.
Macedonia should
itself be a world concern. Many reports and governments for that matter have
said, quite correctly, that among the problems now facing the world is that of
terrorism and that of Macedonia as a
victim of terrorist invasion. In addition, Macedonia has
problems of concern to us and
to our people.
Much has
been said of the universal
desire for peace. This is the desire of all
peoples and, as such, it is desire of our peoples too.
But the peace that
the world ( and NATO,EU and US) wishes to preserve is something we Macedonians
have not been able to enjoy for some time. The danger that
other peoples of the world
may consider more or less distant are
problems that for us are very immediate.
It has not been
easy to come to Macedonia to speak of the peoples of Macedonia, it has not been
easy for us to come. But it was harder for
many Macedonians from Macedonia to come to Skopje from their cities and villages
under terrorist invasion and occupation. Therefore I do not know whether we
should consider ourselves
privileged.
All of the
delegates represent their respective communities from the Diaspora, and not themselves as individuals. For
that reason, the matter of the behavior of OSCE affecting each and every
individual should be of concern because of what they represent-The Macedonian
Diaspora-The time has come for us to take the stage and speak.
Much has been said
about us. For many days
the news papers have been talking about us, the Internet web sites the
local TV channels, and we have held our peace. We even had our peaceful
demonstrations.
But the time to
speak the truth has now come, and we will not
hesitate to do so. As I have said, we had to put up with degrading and
humiliating treatment by representative of OSCE in Skopje and also the
terrorists and bandits and others “welcome with AK-47’s”.
There has been
considerable Macedonian emigration to United States, UK, Canada, Australia and
other countries in Europe ( and EU as well). More than 500,000 Macedonians have
come to United States alone during
the decades of ethnic cleansing beginning
in 1900’s and still ongoing as a process, forced by economic reasons to live
their homeland, the land in which they
would have preferred to live, and the land
to which they would like to return. These Macedonians have devoted
themselves to work and they respected the laws. And naturally they felt close to
their country and to the crisis and
to the terrorist invasion. Experiencing the never ending ethnic cleansing and
genocide, that they themselves have been victims of.
They never had
problems, but Macedonia did.
But
another different type of immigrants were here to. War criminals and nazi
collaborators, Bulgarian occupational forces collaborators and murderers of
their own Macedonian compatriots. Some of them even managed to put together
at one time even what was considered significant movement: MPO, fighting
under the cover of the name “Macedonian” for the interests of Bulgaria, and
de-facto against the interests of Macedonians and Macedonia. Naturally their
activity has been reflected in their behavior causing frequent incidents between
this individuals and Macedonians that were identified as leadership of the
Diaspora at any given time, working in a honest way .
Incidents
that are provoked by those who drew encouragement
from the systematic composition
against Macedonia and the connivance of the authorities.
The Macedonian
Diaspora is type of man that they( the enemies of Macedonia and other traitors)
desperately seek to depict of-and buying us off or seducing us in some way with
official airport scenarios.
Let us speak of
the problems of Macedonia. Some of you may be well informed, other not- it all
depends of the sources of information. As far
as the world is concerned the problem of Macedonia that has arisen in the
last two years is a new one!
Previously there
were few reasons for the world to know that Macedonia existed with exceptions of
the fact that Macedonia was The Cradle of Literacy, The cradle of Christianity,
The Motherland of Alexander the Macedonian…and the argument with Greece over
the constitutional name of Macedonia vs. imposed slander FYROM.
Even for many US
citizen , Macedonia was seen as a friend of United States and had presence of US
troops invited by former President Gligorov following the breakaway from
Yugoslavia.
What had once
happened to Cuba in 1900’s when US Congress as a proposal of Senator Platt:
the law stated that Cuba’s Constitution must contain a stipulation granting the US government the right
to intervene in Cuba’s political
affairs and to lease certain ports of Cuba for naval bases or coaling
stations…In another words according to a law passed by the legislative
body of a Foreign Country, Cuba’s Constitution had to contain a
stipulation with those provisions…Is happening in Macedonia in 2001!?!?!
The drafters of
the Cuban Constitution were clearly told that without the amendment the
occupation forces would not be withdrawn!!!
Same is now in
Macedonia in 2001 one hundred years lather, as if we were still in 1900
and the time of Ottoman Empire- Turkey).
No word on
“Democracy”,” Free will of the People”, “Sovereign Country of
Macedonia “ Albanian terrorist
invasion from Kosovo- a UN Protectorate with KFOR troops , “Ethnic cleansing
of Macedonians”, “Genocide of Macedonians”, “Agreement for Stabilization
and Association with EU” etc.
That is to say,
the legislative body of a foreign
country imposed upon Cuba by force,
its right to intervene and its right
to lease bases or naval stations.
Again the same
thing 100 years lather in Macedonia so many thousands of miles away from US
soil.
And as it was
suggested by F.Castro in his speech 9/26/1960-(Exactly
41 years ago):” It should be a good thing for countries
just entering the United
Nations, countries just beginning their independent life, to bear our history in
mind”…”They may find similarities
awaiting them along their own road, and if not they, then those who may came
after them, or their children or grandchildren-although it seems to us we shell
not have to wait that long.”…
Same or similar
approach was taken on Macedonia with the involvement of the EU, NATO and US facilitators
and so on and so forth.( See
“Agreement” and violated paragraphs of the same…attached )the right of
NATO and US to do what they want and as they are pleased. The will is imposed on
the Macedonian Parliament, under terrorist occupation and invasion, this
time to change entire Constitution in
order to satisfy the terrorists who
invaded Macedonia in a “textbook invasion”, the
same terrorist that would not have been tolerated in their respective
countries, the same terrorists trained and
financed by heir very resources!!!
Indirectly rape of
the democracy and the free will of the Macedonian people is committed with the
help of the same people that claim they stand for freedom and democracy.
All this point a
new colonization of our country (Macedonia) has began. This included the
“privatization” and acquisition of the best resources, concessions of public
services for purposes of exploitation, commercial concessions, concessions of
all types without a “single dollar” robbery of the century- illegal
privatization without denationalization and in most cases with false
evaluation of the value and corruption preceding the deals.
All these things,
together with the imposing of the
so called “Framework Agreement” for constitutional changes turning Macedonia in to “ no man’s land”, along
with “ The agreement for Association
and Stabilization with the EU transformed our country from independent sovereign
nation and democratic country where free will
of people and with constitutional democracy, a member of UN- into
a Colony of the oligarchs from NATO
and EU.( We could add here few multinational companies
with fogged backgrounds linked to oil, drugs, crime, terrorism,
narcotics, trade with human beings and a worse kind of devil’s coalition that
brings in to question the very
existence of Macedonia as a state and
its people’s future at risk.
But Colonies do
not speak. Colonies are not heard from until they are granted “permission”
to express themselves. That is why our “Colony” and its problems were
unknown to the rest of the world. CNN and the rest
of the “speakers” for the colonist oligarchs were silent.
In geography books
the flag of Macedonia was
constantly changing, while inside of Macedonia in parts where
Macedonian-Albanian minority lived the Macedonian flag was defiantly ignored and
never used, instead a neighboring Albanian flag was used in violation of the
laws of Macedonia. No coat of arms, no name for Macedonia except the slander
FYROM!!! But Macedonia was independent Republic!?!?
The country was
hostage to Albanian nationalists political parties sponsored
by Albania, the West, and USA-Albanian powerful lobby in Washington, who
were increasingly trained in terrorist warefare to be used in Yugoslavia and
Kosovo.
No one should be
deceived; by deceiving ourselves all we do is look ridiculous. Let no one be
deceived: there was no independent Republic- there was
a colony where orders were
given by the ambassador of the
United States and NATO member countries.
We are not ashamed
of having to proclaim this, since we were excluded from the process by the same
people that via the Referendum from 1991 we gave the legitimacy
for the independent Republic of Macedonia.
How else would you
explain that US Ambassador Enik was repetitively legitimizing the Albanian flag
in Tetovo and other villages around the city without the use of the
official country flag of Macedonia??? Not to speak of the promotion of
absence of and ignoring the use of
the official Macedonian language and only use of Albanian and English in
the presence of the same Ambassador
of US??? Ignoring the use and
/or existence of official Macedonian language even in the so called shameful
“Framework Agreement” where only the English version is the valid
one??!!?!?!(Despite the fact that the Agreement for Stabilization and Association with EU was written in Macedonian as well (Article 126 of the
agreement with the EU).
Should Macedonians
once again resort to arms to achieve its independence from the tyranny. Tyranny
by whom? Tyranny by the forces in
our country who are nothing but the instrument of those who dominate our country
economically, militarily, politically and associated with terrorist invader.
How can an
unpopular system inimical to the interests of the people stay in power other
then by force??? Do we have to explain to all what military tyrannies are?
Do we have to explain how
they have kept themselves in
power??? Do we have to explain to all what
kept them in power??? Do we have to explain
to them what national and
international interests kept them in power?
The military
groups ( Albanian terrorists and others) that are tyrannizing our country is
based on the most extreme and
reactionary sectors of the nation and, above all, on the foreign interests and
criminal elements dominating our country’s institutions and territory .
Destruction of the
country can be seen even by the blind.
Everybody here
knows- and we believe that even
U.S. government recognizes it- that this was
the type of government
preferred by the monopolies are planning to rob the country and
who wanted to destroy not only Macedonia but entire Balkan region. (the
list in addition to other puppet masters of the terrorists
also includes : Tashkovich, Babamov, AMBA and alike’s…).
That explains the “surprised” Deputy Secretery of United States Armitage- asking the Macedonian Diaspora delegation:” …where have you been so far…?” and joint statement that: “Macedonian Diaspora for the first time in history with as a organized group with plausible plan was seen by an official US Administration.
Fact that was
notoriously avoided by the official government in Skopje ( at the same time trying
to promote MPO as representative of the Macedonian Diaspora). But why???
Because with force
you can repress every demand by the people. With force you can repress
demonstrations and strikes for better living conditions and
demands for freedom and rights. With force you can repress the most
deeply felt aspirations of the Nation.
That is why
Macedonian government associated with dark forces (Albanian mafia and terrorist
organizations) was the one preferred by the makers of US policy. This is why the
government based on force was able even to win (under suspicious circumstances
encircled with murders during the elections) and stay in power for so long while
virtually destroying Macedonian economy and infrastructure and legalizing
terrorist invasion of its territory.
Naturally whether
one receives or does not receive the support by the US Government
It is obvious that
the current government of Macedonia and party leaders most suited to
EU,US and NATO are not the type
most suitable to the Macedonian people.
The unemployment
figure in Tetovo alone is 25,000, not to count the rest of Macedonia. The
country was robed and destroyed wile the politicians only care for their seat in
the office and the paycheck forgetting in that process who is paying
that check.
And as in Cuba 50
years ago- the public services, the
electricity and telephone company belong to a foreign monopolies. Oil refining
sugar production, the best land, banking and the most important
industries are either destroyed or
in the hands of foreign monopolies- same as in colonized Cuba. And all that
under the “excuse of privatization of the government monopolies”.
Is
Macedonia turning into pre revolution Cuba. Is Macedonia being pushed on the
inevitable course that Cubans once took to take their country back from the
Colonialists.
And what followed
in Cuba???
Finances are
similar to Cubans 1950-60 for
Macedonia’s 1991-2001.
And again
underdeveloped Macedonia, victim of unfulfilled UN Resolution 1244, unfulfilled
guarantees by NATO, US,KFOR,UN for its part in the operations in the Kosovo
theater, still hurting badly after the acceptance of all sorts of embargoes and
360,000 refugees (equal to 15% of its population), now even it self victim of
terrorists invasion, but still financially “contributing” to the most
developed countries of the world and only getting
small loans here and there, but no compensation for all of its loses, and
total destabilization of Macedonia.
This situation is
not applicable only to Macedonia but to the entire region-Bulgaria,
Romania,Former Yugoslavia etc.
What alternative
is there for the government but to betray the people? No choice is given to the
government by the “international community”. Under constant treat of
expending the war that Macedonia lives with for 7 months now the betrayal is
being offered to its people as a
saving plan! The government is between two sides: to be true to its people and
admit the betrayal, or to the invading powers and monopolies- neocolonialists
oligarchs portrayed in the
terrorists and similar bandits, and defended by NATO soldiers.
The financial sufficit
that was created proudly by the government melted over night after the first
terrorists started their invasion and Macedonia begun arming itself for bare
survival of its people and self defense. Further economic destruction followed
along with the Albanian terrorists ethnic cleansing and genocide over the
Macedonian Christians and non
Muslim population.
What the
government should care for is to devote itself
to solving its own problems,
the country’s own freedom and rule of law. As any government concerned with
its country’s progress to carry out the protection of the Constitution and the
integrity of the country and to
have a plan for economic improvement and of
the standard of living of its people. To protect the freedom and the Democracy
and the free will of its people.
What happens with
the murderers and terrorists from the
Macedonian invasion also reminds of Cuba in the 1950’s. Many countries doors
are open for them and amnesty is advocated for them and even “reintegration in
the society” as they were on a picnic and not part of a ethnic cleansing and
genocide and criminals with deeds against humanity, bloody hands from innocent
victims in the country they invaded. They are even “rehabilitated to status of
freedom fighters” and similar farces, by the same international community that
is outraged by the terrorism in their own back yards including the attacks in
New York and Washington DC.
Macedonia is the
injured party, same way US
is now days by the same international terrorism.
The terrorists in
Macedonia have been beaten and they raised white flags to surrender, only to be
saved and “evacuated” by US army troops in order to hide the evidence of
the association with the very terrorists.
Macedonia could
easily have considered these foreign officers and instructors along with
mercenaries who fought or trained with the terrorists for and in Macedonian
invasion -enemies of the people to be prisoners of war. Macedonia merely asked
the members of that terrorist mission to go home.
It is needless to
say that the embargoes and other pressures on Macedonia’s suppliers
with weapons and military aid
are in clear violation of universally recognized right-Macedonia’s guaranteed
right to self defense. The same self
defense that Secretary of US Defense Ramsfield
was quoted as saying for dozens of times following the terrorist attacks
on New York and Washington DC.
And again as in
1950’s when US then denied
supplying weapons to Batista’s
army in Cuba- in a very same way is denying supplying the Albanian terrorists.
Another example is the “Essential
harvest” collecting from the terrorists what is
museum values weapons and
not a single modern weapon with night vision scopes and silencers
etc. Not to talk about much more sophisticated and expensive rocket
launchers?!!?!
So this is not a
novel. To the Macedonians perhaps it was explained as a form of “Technical
aid” to the terrorists “called
rebels”!!!
Again it is
needless to bring up the fact that Albanian terrorists are deeply and closely
related to entities and trained by Osama Bin Laden’s structures.
The arms of the terrorists, no matter how sophisticated , even they are no match for the Macedonian army and police (let’s not forget Macedonia is a country- terrorists are coming from a international protectorate and are TERRORISTS), but can certainly be very useful to the terrorists for oppressing unarmed people and civilians, for acts of terrorism, for ethnic cleansing, for genocide of Macedonian villages and cities, to intimidate people.
The same weapons
are useful for defending the
terrorists representatives and delivering treats and for black mail to the
“clean” government officials, for kidnapping and execution of innocent
victims (even sadistic and barbaric blowing up of people’s bodies a part in
peaces) and defending the interests of the Albanian Mafia.
All this is
happening while the Macedonian Army and Police is placed “under house arrest
and control” by occupational forces of NATO and “controllers” of OSCE
( yes the same kind like those 2000 distributed in Kosovo
and removed prior to the bombing
of Yugoslavia) and silenced or “badmouthed” by CNN
on a ”as needed (PRN)” basis in the case they defend the Macedonian
positions or fight the terrorists.
It is not our
intention to keep anybody awake at night. We are expressing facts- although
facts are enough to keep
many people awake at night.
What we are doing
now, we are doing with our eyes wide open and above all fully convinced of our
right to do it!
And what
can Macedonia do when confronted by
that reality? Turn to United Nations.
Go to UN to
denounce the terrorist, political and economic aggression. The UN has powers to
investigate these matters, the UN in the hierarchy of international
organizations, stands at the head.
It has authority
even that of the
Organization of American States and EU and NATO.
But since the
Macedonian “puppet” government under pressure and treats is fully controlled
and even the official ambassador to very UN will not speak in the interest of
Macedonia and its people-
We the Macedonian
Diaspora as the only Free Will Macedonian Entity (despite the pressures on us as
well) are addressing the UN and
other international authorities with this Memorandum.
In law there is
something called “impossible condition”. That is if the country or entity
considers that is incapable of
committing a certain crime, it is enough to say:” There is
no possibility that Russia (or Ukraine or other
country for that matter of speaking) will support Macedonia, because
there is no possibility that Albanian terrorists or KFOR, or KPK will
attack Macedonia”.
But the attack did
occur, and the treats are being delivered on a daily basis ( even from NATO’s
Lord Robertson) :”you either change( kill) your constitution (turn your
country in to Colony), or it will be a war!!!”
The help to
Macedonia has been blocked
What about the
terrorist invasion of Macedonia
(West calls the terrorists in Macedonia “rebels”, ”freedom fighter”,
etc. and is maybe planning to nominate some for Nobel Peace Price??!!?!?
Of curse there is
something we should remember, which
should concern us all to some extent. We are all, without any
exceptions here, actors and participants in a crucial moment in the
history of humanity. This occurs above all when we forget that in addition to
having the privilege of playing a part in this all important moment of history,
some day history itself will judge us for our acts.
In the
face of the silent refusal do defend our country from the terrorism, we
smile because history itself will
judge this episode. I say this without bitterness. It is difficult to condemn
men; men are often the playthings of circumstance.
And we, who know
the history of our noble, generous
country and biblical land of Macedonia, and are exceptional witnesses
to what our country is going
through today, understand how terrible it is for a nations economy
and its very life to be subject to the military and economic might of a
foreign countries
simultaneously associated with unpunished terrorists, whom instead being
disarmed in Kosovo (according to UN Resolution 1244)were turned in to
legitimized army KPK, and are now symbolically disarmed of arms with antique and
museum value- but in Macedonia, after invading Macedonia out of UN Protectorate
(with 50,000 NATO –KFOR troops with a mandate that was not carried out); and
after destroying country’s peace and harmony and inflicting serious wounds to
Macedonia and the entire region, a factual matter that was
guaranteed to Macedonia for its
role in the Kosovo scenario. The same terrorists forces
have committed crimes against humanity, ethnic cleansing, genocide of
Macedonians and Serbs and other Christians
and non-Albanians, non-Muslims.
We all do respect
to this organization (UN) we must state here
what lessons our people have learned from this. Macedonian people are
a people who have learned much,
a people who we proudly say
are equal to the role they are
playing at this moment and the heroic
struggle they are carrying out,
while confronted by so much evil and injustice.
They have learned
much in the school of these
recent international events and especially the last ten years of systematic
destruction of what once was their country to: SFR Yugoslavia and its peoples.
That is why they
know that in the end, when our country’s rights have been denied, when
aggressive terrorists forces or
their allies attack it- our people
themselves have the supreme and heroic recourse of resisting when Macedonia’s
rights are not safeguarded in either OSCE,EU, or UN.
That is why the
small countries still do not feel so certain that our rights will be preserved,
that the free will of our people will prevail over the imposed
Neocolonial rules of
destruction of sovereign countries.
That is why when
the small countries like Macedonia want to be free- we know that we are doing so
on our own account and at our own risk.
Because
in truth the peoples when they defend a just cause can rely on their own
energies.
It is not matter
of handful of man-delegation from the Diaspora, as many are trying to paint us
– trying to save the country. It is a
matter of a whole people ruling the
country, firmly united and great visionearing
consciousness defending his free
will and rights (helped by the Macedonian Diaspora). The enemies of Macedonia
should know this, because if they do not, they are making a terrible mistake.
We invite everyone
from UN and all the US Senators and Congressman, EU Councilman
to visit Macedonia and the Macedonian refugees, the way they did it when
Macedonia embraced 360,000 (mostly Albanian) refugees from Kosovo risking its
own stability and destiny while showing what the Macedonians are made of-
humanity and Christian values of
helping those in need.
They should all
know: We can not accept the conditions, circumstances and negotiations leading
to unacceptable shameful
“Framework Agreement” demanding change of entire constitution under the
treat of all out war and destruction!
This
unilateral pressure is in clear violation with
the international law and the Agreement for Association and Stabilization with EU signed earlier this year.
First of all US
Government ,EU, NATO are aiding the terrorists and the evil forces by deeds done
and not done, and moves that promote the Ethnic Cleansing
and genocide committed by the Kosovo and Albanian terrorists after the
Resolution 1244 was not fulfilled
and followed.
We shell remind
everyone that we are not living in
the era of the Flintlock Rifle. Especially during the “Essential harvest” in
Macedonia collecting and
“harvesting” museum rifles.
Don’t people
from NATO realize that we are
living in the atomic age, whose disastrous
destructive force could not even
been imagined by Dante or Leonardo da Vinchi , with all their imagination,
because it surpasses what man was ever able to imagine.
As far as we are
concerned, I must say with all due respect that the world‘s problems are not
settled by treats or by sowing fear.
And what about our
small and modest biblical nation? We exist
whether they like it or not. Our small and modest
nation must accept its fate. Our people are not frightened by the treats
of war that will ultimately result in liberation of our Country from the
terrorists chords and from the Colonial control and will result in the Rule of
law above all, and the rule of the FREE WILL OF OUR PEOPLE!
That was the dream
of countless victims for Macedonian freedom throughout history!
That is why we
must state here that all this talk of attacks
and war is intended primarily to create hysteria and to set the stage for
attacks against our country.
Macedonian is all
we have and we will defend it to
the last Macedonian!!!
We state this here
categorically, but we are
declaring this only after being
invaded by terrorists and imminent danger is sought for destruction and split of
our country with loss of innocent
lives.
Macedonian Army
and Police are fully capable of
defending Macedonia and they will!!!
This is why all
Macedonians will stand
behind the defenders of our freedom and democracy and the FREE WILL OF
THE PEOPLE!!!
