150.000 izbira~i koi kako ovlasteni predlaga~i pred Sobranieto na Republika
Makedonija treba da predlo`at donesuvawe na zadol`itelna odluka za raspi{uvawe
referendum po pra{aweto:
“Dali ste za promena na Ustavot na Republika Makedonija vo soglasnost so
Ramkovniot dogovor potpi{an na 13 avgust 2001 godina pod pokrovitelstvo na
pretsedatelot na Republikata i dali go prifa}ate Ramkovniot dogovor?”

za sobirawe na potpisi mo`e da trae najmnogu za {est meseci, no najdocna
zaklu~no so 6 mart 2002 godina.
Sobiraweto na potpisite vo podra~nite oddelenija na Ministerstvoto za pravda vo
op{tinite }e se odviva sekoj raboten den od 7.30 do 15 ~asot, vklu~uvaj}i gi i
sabotite, pri {to sekoja sreda sobiraweto na potpisite }e se vr{i i popladne do
20.00 ~asot.

LONDON (Reuters) - Osama bin Laden (news - web sites)'s brother attended a dinner party hosted by Britain's Prince Charles two weeks after the September 11 attacks, the prince's spokeswoman said Saturday.
The prominent Saudi businessman Bakr bin Laden was one of about 60 guests attending the function at Prince Charles' Highgrove country house in aid of the Oxford Center for Islamic Studies, of which the prince is a patron.
``Bakr bin Laden is a member of a very large family. He's one of around 50 brothers and they all disowned Osama bin Laden some time ago,'' the prince's spokeswoman told Reuters.
Prince Charles' office said the meeting was arranged months before the suicide hijack attacks on the World Trade Center and Pentagon (news - web sites). Osama bin Laden has been named by Washington as the prime suspect behind the attacks.
Saudi Arabia stripped Osama bin Laden of his citizenship in 1994 for his alleged activities against the Saudi royal family. He is currently hiding in Afghanistan (news - web sites).
``Given the tragedies of September 11 the question of whether the dinner should be held was something we looked at,'' the spokeswoman said.
``It was decided that it should go ahead because of the need for a greater mutual understanding between the West and the Islamic world. The Oxford Center for Islamic Studies is all about spreading understanding about Islam,'' she said.
The bin Laden family, owners of a $5 billion construction empire, has donated large sums of money to several universities, including Harvard in the United States.
They fund the Muhammad bin Laden Visiting Fellowship at the Oxford Center for Islamic Studies in honor of Bakr and Osama bin Laden's father.
