Macedonia deploys
the super-weapon: Truth!
LaRouche "Strategy
of Truth" in Macedonia

Oct 31 (EIRNS)--Last
September 2 at the Schiller Institute Conference in Reston.
Virginia, Lyndon
LaRouche enunciated what is now known as the "Macedonia Victory
Strategy" against
the Kosovo Liberation Army [KLA] irregular warfare. Asked by a
Macedonian
delegation how to save "our country's sovereignty," LaRouche stated:
{"You must be able
to tell the truth!"} He explained: "You have to get the enemy
coming at you
where you want him… you have to have a plan, based on the
truth…The problem
is that the active forces [for the KLA] are coming from the United
States, in part,
through the Special Forces type of operation, running behind what was
set up in Albania.
This is where the [KLA] attack comes from…
"So, therefore, we
have to have a policy in which we trap them. How? By
catching them and
exposing them for what they are. The game is to bring down some
governments … To
create crises in the governments, which are responsible for this … If
you don't have the
military forces to win, you've got to outflank them… to make this
thing so painful
to them [to the government responsible] that they withdraw. It is the
only chance we
have…." LaRouche also underlined; "You hear this insane stuff about
Donald Rumsfeld
and the US military… He is shutting down the US military. Why?
Because the kind
of warfare that they intend to use is of a different variety, it is
irregular
warfare…."
That
statement, a well placed Balkan observer noticed recently, "came to mind
when we saw all
these revelations on the bin Laden networks in the and the surprising
connections with
Anglo-American agencies both in the past and now… Is someone
implementing the
Strategy of Truth?"
Nobody stopped bin
Laden gangs
New
Federalist readers will remember the story of Al-Zawahiri, the brother of
Osama bin Laden's
right hand man, who led a terrorist training camp near the Kosovo
village of
Ropotovo, {inside the US controlled zone}. The story, prominently reported by
Russian media, was
confirmed as "true" by the Macedonian Intelligence. Despite a weak
denial by the
NATO-K-For in Kosovo, many sources confirmed officially and unofficially
that All-Zawahiri
international mujahadeens recently crossed from NATO controlled
Kosovo into
Macedonia. Nobody stopped them. And punctually terrorism activities
restarted in the
country.
On Oct 22 the
police station and municipality of Tearce in the North was bombed
after a symbolic
patrol of the Macedonian police in these and other towns previously
occupied by the
KLA. On the 25th a communiqué by the Albanian National Army (ANA)
claimed
responsibility. ANA is the new name taken by the KLA after the farcical
"voluntary
disarmament" known as Operation Essential Harvest. ANA announced that
any attempt by the
Macedonian government to go back to the areas from where the
KLA expelled and
destroyed the properties of Macedonians, "is not only unacceptable,
but will be
considered as an occupation."
On Oct 31 the road
just outside the city of Tetovo was blocked by armed men.
Terrorist
shootings took place again and Macedonian policemen were ambushed. These
new assaults
coming from NATO controlled Kosovo and involving bin Laden networks
are escalating
despite the statements made by both the head of the US office in
Kosovo, John
Menzie and the US Ambassador in Moscow, Alexander Vershbow that
from now on the US
will treat attacks on Macedonia as terrorist acts not anymore
"insurgency."
Direct US
Interferences
The big obstacle
for Macedonia sovereignty – one-sixth to one-third of the
country is under
narco-. terrorist occupation -- remains the "international community."
In a {Washington
Times} interview to the Russian senior journalist, Jury Sigov,
Macedonia interior
minister Ljube Boskovski revealed: "the Macedonia police is not
allowed to come to
the areas of Tetovo, Kumanovo, Anichkovo [where the KLA is
stationed]. If we
were allowed we would crush them in one day. When we got helicopter
gunships from
Ukraine, we destroyed the terrorist immediately. But after that the
international
community demanded from us to stop…" In a parallel interview, the
speaker of the
Parliament, Stojan Andov, denounced the "strange logic" of NATO: "We
Macedonians have
been told we cannot use aircraft against the terrorists because they
do not have these
weapons. We are not allowed to use mortars… but, if we follow the
same logic the US
military cannot use [most of their weapons] against the Taliban."
In a rare
interview (to the Halifax Herald, Oct 29) the deputy director of
Macedonian
intelligence apparently took up the "Strategy of Truth." He reported new
details: "Shortly
after our [helicopter gunships offensive] our pilots reported being
targeted by
sophisticated (US-made) Stinger missiles. It is our information that the UCK
received the
Stingers from their Mujahadeen connections in Afghanistan… We have
already supplied a
substantial dossier [on the bin Laden-KLA connection] to the CIA, and
obtaining further
proof of this connection is our ministry Nr 1 priority."
However, the
Intelligence official stressed, the biggest obstacle to the
investigative
efforts is political pressure from NATO including – according to the herald
paraphrases –
"direct interference from the United States."
